Solution Architect (Remote, Based in Hanoi)

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with sales teams to conduct technical communications, analyze customer needs, and present tailored cloud solutions
- Work as a technical solutions advisor, presenting solutions for customers' technical challenges across the APAC region
- Provide technical support, guarantees, and training to sales teams, partners and clients to ensure successful solution implementation
- Manage technology deployment, recommendations, architecture reviews, and design validation
- Design and draft comprehensive solutions architectures and presentations based on public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid cloud infrastructures aligned with customer business requirements
- Facilitate end-customer and partner technical requirements including solution design, planning, bidding, and tender document preparation
- Compose and compile technical materials including white papers, case studies, and documentation on private cloud, hybrid cloud, distributed storage, containers, networking, and security
- Propose suggestions for company marketing strategies, after-sales services, and product improvements.
2. REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory:
- 3+ years of hands-on, managing experience in at least one of: cloud computing (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), systems engineering, infrastructure, security, or enterprise networking
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Cloud Computing, Systems Integration, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Experience with AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or other major cloud platforms and relevant certifications
- Project management capabilities and ITPM principles (resource mobilization, customer expectation management, risk prevention/control).
Preferred:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on Cloud Computing
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization and microservices
- Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (switching, routing, network architecture)
- Experience preparing solutions architectures and technical documentation
- Track record of successful customer engagements and sales support.
